Ingredients
- 2 green tea bags or 2 tsp green tea leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick (2 to 3 inches)
- 1 small piece of ginger (1 to 2 inches)
- Honey according to the taste
Directions
- Pour 2 glasses of water into a pot.
- Add cinnamon stick, ginger and bring it to boil.
- Let it cool for 30 seconds, then add green tea/herbal tea and mint leaves.
- Now let the tea steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Strain, discard tea bags and spices.
- Stir honey into tea before drinking .
- Serve immediately.
