-1/2 cup of fresh greens (spinach ,kale, or any other leafy greens of your choice)
-1/2 a banana
-1/2 an apple or pear
-1/2 to 1 cup of water depending on the thickness
- 1 tsp flax seed powder or chia seeds.
Placed all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Start with 1/2 cup of water and going up from there depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
