1 cup frozen or fresh mix berries
1 small ripe banana
2-3 tbs milk of your choice (low fat milk, almond,soy,coconut..). Enough to get blender moving not much.
1 tbs yogurt (optional)
1 tsp almond butter or cashew butter (optional)
Blackberries or any other fruits
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Granola
1- Place all ingredients of smoothie bowl in a blender or food processor and blend it until smooth.
2- Add additional milk if needed to make it smooth and thick .
3- Pour smoothie into a bowl and place topping on top.
Make sure to adjust quantity of milk if adding yogurt in a smoothie that means add less milk initially.
